My first week in Michigan this summer I was blessed with the privilege of attending three births with my daughter, Hannah! The first of those births I also attended with Sarah Donahue, a client, a friend, and now, thanks to my son’s recent wedding, family. I had to include both photographs here since we couldn’t get the babies to smile at the same time, silly girls ♥
Hannah and Sarah, both young mothers themselves, attended the birth of this tiny new girl-child with their own daughters strapped to their bodies. I’m no birth photographer, but I managed to capture a few images of the two at work I thought I’d share with you.
I’m thoroughly inspired by Hannah and Sarah, the way they love and serve their husbands and children, the way they love and serve their clients, the way they love and serve one another. I’ve never seen anything quite like these two.
